I'm grateful for my handsome Forrest and that the only thing he has to do today is hang out with me, play with E&A, and do the dishes. I'm grateful for the love he has for me. I'm grateful for the way he loves his children and how he fathers them. I'm grateful that he takes time for us even when he's super busy making his brain heavy. I'm grateful for our marital strength that gets us through hard times. I'm grateful that we can laugh and talk for hours and not get sick of each other. I'm so so so freaking grateful I found the person that is so perfect for me and that I get to be with him forever. Jackpot!

I'm grateful for my Eli and Audrie and all adventures we've had this year, adventures that have made a tricky year happy. I'm grateful that Eli is such a good student and he loves to learn. I'm grateful that Audrie throws me a surprise birthday party almost every day and is constantly dancing in the her own magical world. My kids are the best.

I'm grateful for my Big Family. The older I get, the more I understand that they are in my blood. They are my people. I'm grateful for the strength, creativity, and humor I've inherited and learned from them. I'm grateful that I belong to them and that they are really cool people to belong to.

I'm grateful for Friends. Oh Friends! I'm grateful that we've laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. I'm grateful for our many adventures. Oh the adventures we've had this year! I'm grateful that you've picked me up when I've been stuck in a puddle of stupid sadness. I'm grateful that I can be myself around you and you love me for it. I'm grateful for the family you've become. You are the best in this entire world!

I'm grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's been a currant bush kind of year and my testimony has been tested. I've felt doubtful and didn't understand why things had to be so tricky, but faith is winning. I know that God is real and He loves me a lot. I know He has a specific plan for me. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and that the Atonement cures all. I'm grateful for the Holy Ghost and the clear promptings that I've gotten all year that have carried me. It's true! It's happiness.
